Dr. Greensboro sees all the ills of colonization transposed to planets in the Westend of the galaxy beyond the wormhole. She gains allies among the tribes and educates (after a fashion) Brianna Miller on how to work alongside offworlders, only to lose her to a mentor who makes wrongful promises.
