In the summer of 2016 I published a book called Fitness & Exercise Motivation. The book had done very well on its launch, and it has been connecting me with some great people around the world ever since. This book and its audio version has actually helped its readers and listeners change their lives.
In the wake of Fitness & Exercise Motivation, many readers/listeners have developed a high level of motivation to attain their goals, created a plan, and started following it; nevertheless, some common question reached me asking about more specific steps to further their development.

One day in December 2016, I spent a solid four hours answering emails from readers. Although this may seem like a tedious task to most, it’s an extremely rewarding part of this game to me. That day, the idea for Health & Fitness Tips That will Change your Life was conceived.
