Singer of Death is a story I’d been wanting to write for a while. The hero is a thief and the heroine is scarred from an acid attack. Both of them are changelings, part human and part fairy, so they also have magic. Writing about two changelings discovering the full extent of their power was a lot of fun—even when they were getting into trouble with both the human and the fairy authorities.
The Court of the Banished series is a little darker than my first fairy series, the Court of Annwyn, and is set after the fairy caused plagues. The world is recovering so there are post-apocalyptic elements. I love revisiting my fairy world and expanding it with each book. I hope you enjoy reading about it as much as I enjoy creating it!
