This is not a story about gentlemen, who are born into the "right circumstances", go to the best schools, and go on to lead common men into battle.
Rather, it is a story about a group of ordinary young men from a little town in the southwest, who must cope with the unfamiliar world of the pre-war Battleship Navy. They find new experiences, adventure, and love in the years before December 7th.
On that frightful day, they are forged into men who meet their fate with courage, honor, and dedication. The survivors, are forever changed, and later events fracture their friendships, their loves, and their lives.
Decades later, fate creates a call to duty that brings together enemy's and lost loves in a desperate rescue mission.
