Sparked by a true incident in Pam's life, the story follows Cathy Rogers, mother of two, whose dull routines are shaken up by the arrival of a mystery postcard proclaiming love for her husband. Quickly she involves her best friend and fellow mothers in the investigation, stirring up a whole lot of trouble, unearthing a good many secrets, jeopardizing her marriage and discovering that not only is someone out to sabotage her marriage, but there seems to be a stalker, and maybe even a murderer, in the neighborhood. It's a humorous look at male/female relationships, the dangerous temptations that can arise when things have gone a bit stale and the fragility of trust when jealousy rears its ugly head. And no, we never did discover who sent the original postcard.
