Transhumans, cyborgs... cybermen even; science fiction often speaks of futures where humanity surpasses its biological limitations to spread throughout the galaxy. I wanted to write a story that wondered what happened to the people left behind, those who couldn't or wouldn't upgrade their bodies. What is the fate for those No More than Human?
No More than Human tells the tale of the first colonization mission to an extra-Solar planet. Whether natural humans will be permitted to join the mission is a decision yet to be made. Everything is still to be played for, but those that will make the decision are no longer themselves human...
This is a short science fiction story for adults only. In paperback this would be about 26 pages.
